
I had the pleasure of listening to Rachel Botsman, author of What's Mine Is Yours? The Rise of Collaborative Consumption at our ExactTarget Connect Conference in Sydney, Australia. Her presentation was absolutely brilliant and full of ideas about using technology to "empower people to make meaningful connections.
