City of Albuquerque Chooses CoTweet to Power Twitter-based 311 Service

The City of Albuquerque is now using CoTweet to manage two-way dialogue with its constituents around critical community services on Twitter.

@CABq encourages users to ask questions about City facilities like the Zoo, and to report problems around town such as damaged street signs, potholes, or graffiti. You can even snap a photo of the problem, and send that along with your tweet to assist us in resolving the issue.
