Great news for marketers on Facebook this week – Facebook has fixed a bug that's been removing the "Share" button from posts published with SocialEngage (or other third party apps). 

Facebook Share is a trigger for the spread of content on Facebook, extending the reach of a post beyond the Page’s original audience to friends of fans and their friends and so on. 

 

Knowing how important this feature was to our customers we had released a standard workaround within SocialEngage, called an "action_link" causing the share button to appear near the footer of a post.

We are happy to report that with the fix from Facebook this workaround is no longer required, now when posting from SocialEngage the Facebook Share button is available for all post types making your content as social as ever!

With all that’s going on in March, we’ve decided to take this month’s CoTweet Conversation Series event on the road, in hopes of seeing many of you out and about in Austin at SXSW.

Yesterday was a big day for CoTweet: global ICT solution provider NTT Communications Corporation announced it will bring CoTweet’s social media management platform to the Japanese market by the end of Q1 2011.
