Utilize Video to Bring Emails to Life

After receiving an email yesterday linking me to the video of "Ethan the Laughing Baby," I laughed so hard I nearly cried. When done correctly, video can be the perfect medium for grabbing your customer's attention, even if you don't have a cute laughing baby.
