How does Orange culture manifest itself on your team?
I became “Orange” at the very beginning of 2012, along with the largest NEO class the company had introduced at that time. Orange culture became obvious from my first day sitting in “Officially Orange: New Employee Onboarding” with my fellow new-hires. ExactTarget is a company that attracts smart, talented, and -- most importantly -- fun people. However, I was still a big skeptical and anxious to see if the same “Orange Culture” truly existed day-to-day.
Once I settled into my “hug” and ventured out to meet my team, I started witnessing great “Orange” moments. My new co-workers truly care about one another and are always recognizing and supporting each other, which was uncommon at my previous job.
ExactTarget also makes it incredibly easy to get involved and get to know other Orange employees through Programs such as:
