In an effort to help new employees better acclimate into the ExactTarget “Orange” culture, HR’s Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) team recently transformed its new employee orientation strategy. Christened “Officially Orange: New Employee Onboarding”, the program features a refreshed, global-centric curriculum and updated branding that’s sure to help employees live and breathe our “Orange” culture from day one onward.
”Officially Orange” reflects the energy that exists within ExactTarget’s walls. Even before attending Officially Orange, new employees receive a welcome email that includes information about ExactTarget, insight into what they’ll experience during their first week, and a fun guide to downtown Indianapolis. On the first day of Officially Orange, employees are greeted by the TMOD team and receive a variety of branded “schwag” to help them “Orangify” their desks! Over the next few days, they learn about the company’s history, processes, systems, and cross-channel products.
