As a continuing focus in 2013, ExactTarget is committed to providing the most accessible and helpful question and answer forum possible within 3sixty.
Under the "CONNECT" drop-down on the 3sixty homepage, there's a very useful tool called "Answers." This feature allows users to request assistance from fellow users as well as ExactTarget employees. "Answers" is monitored daily by a cross-functional team, to provide you with a quick response to any questions you might have. We hope that usage of this powerful tool will increase as we continue to promote it to increase awareness and exposure among new and existing users, as well as ExactTarget partners.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we have answered all backlogged questions in 3sixty, and will be monitoring all new questions daily. But more importantly, we are actively encouraging users to provide feedback and answers to other users in the community. A recent study entitled "The Social Mind" and conducted by the Society for New Communications Research showed that 83% of users join a community to help others, not be helped. So we are committed to creating a thriving portal for questions and answers, making user-to-user conversation easier than ever in 2013!
But ExactTarget is not removing itself from the community. Far from it, actually! We have a dedicated team that will pick up any questions that fall through the cracks. Our goal is to be seen as a member of our own user community!
