The last month has been very busy getting former CoTweet Standard users up and running on their free trial of SocialEngage. It's also been great to hear which features of SocialEngage are of most value to former Standard users. Here are the top 3 features we're getting feedback on from former CoTweet Standard users:
- Facebook page management. Teams can collaborate on Facebook page management, publishing to the Wall and managing inbound comments, and see both Twitter and Facebook in one united stream.
- Workgroups. Companies can form multiple workgroups- based on a brand, a function, or a geographic business unit, and delegate management of different Facebook pages and Twitter accounts to each. This has a lot of utility for social media management teams.
- Snippets. Lots of social media management teams like to draft tweets/ posts in advance, and Snippets helps support those teams in the social media response process.
The Standard users who have converted to SocialEngage have consistently cited these features as real improvements over the free version. We're happy to have you on board with SocialEngage.
