Geo-Location – the future of one-to-one marketing?

The big news in the past week has been Facebook’s announcement of “Places” which allows users to add their location to status updates/activity. This is something that’s been playing on my mind recently as I’ve also been putting geo-location service/game “Foursquare” through it’s motions. So here's my take on the situation...
