The FTC just announced some changes and clarifications to the CAN-SPAM act. We're at least 45 days out from senders having to comply with any of the new or changed requirements identified. Overall, the impact to the email efforts of most companies is probably minor, but it's very important to know what's going on, to remain in compliance with the law.
