The ExactTarget Documentation Department has been hard at work writing documentation that meets your needs. And if it isn't what you're looking for, we want to hear about it! That's why we've provided multiple ways for you as a user to reach us. We've socialized our documentation, and here's how:
- The Feedback Form - leave direct feedback on any page by using our green feedback form. Once you click Submit, we receive an email with your comments. If you provided contact information, we'll respond to you, often within the same day.
- Email - what would an email marketing software company be without email correspondence? Write to us night and day with your questions or feedback about our documentation: documentationfeedback@exacttarget.com
- Twitter - we pride ourselves on our social presence, and it's often one of the fastest ways to get an answer. Tweet your documentation needs to @ExactTarget and someone will respond as soon as possible with an answer.
- Facebook - post feedback or questions on our Facebook page and someone is sure to provide an answer. Sometimes other users will even respond!
It's our goal as a department to get the information you need in your hands at the right time. We're working on optimizing the search feature on the Documentation Wiki as well as structuring information in a way that makes more sense (stay tuned for that change!). Eventually, we'd love to see an entire user community helping each other out, providing feedback directly on our Wiki, and even contributing to our documentation!
To learn more about the writers at ExactTarget, check out out our bio page. Do you have ideas on how we can improve our documentation? Can't find information on a feature? Is there anything that you think needs fixed? We'd love to hear from you.
